While I love cooking from scratch, some days I get too lazy and hungry to take too long whipping something up in the kitchen. I only usually cook on the weekends, sometimes on weeknights when I feel like eating something that isn’t store-bought. This recipe is very quick and easy, made with ingredients you can find in your cupboards!
I actually love the challenge of figuring out what to cook based on leftovers and ingredients at hand. I’d say this is a no-fail recipe because spanish sardines always taste good! But here’s a short clip on how I made mine:
